After an uncertain period marked by the serious illness of their guitarist, Gavran returns more powerful than ever. For The One Who Propels, the band joined forces with Marius Prins (Throwing Bricks) and Tim de Gieter (Doodseskader, ex-Amenra). The result is an album that balances raw vulnerability with sonic intensity.
\nA new sonic dimension
\nWith this release, Gavran also presents a renewed lineup. Due to Jamie Kobi\u0107's switch to guitar and vocals, and the arrival of Tinus Kardolus (bass) and Roy Zwinkels (drums), the band has transformed into a quartet. This extra layer of guitar creates unprecedented depth; a massive wall of sound in which doom, sludge, shoegaze, and post-rock flow seamlessly into one another.
