Katla. is the musical collaboration between Einar Thorberg Guðmundsson (FORTÍÐ, POTENTIAM) and Guðmundur Óli Pálmason (ex-SÓLSTAFIR) and is from Reykjavik, Iceland. Katla.'s music is pure Icelandic: dark, rough, rough, bombastic, melancholic, but above all pure and elusive. Influences come from folklore, 90's doom and black metal and psychedelic rock. A perfect ice-cold mix for an emotional rollercoaster ride.
