Kosatka is Madison Roseberry's solo work. The album title Colossus has been chosen effectively. Kosatka makes multi-layered music, which makes a lot of things come your way. Nevertheless, the music does not feel like an immense wall coming towards you, but rather like a preheated duvet. The beautiful melodies are central to Kosatka's music.
Overall, the music can be described as heavier atmospheric post rock, with forays into progressive rock, doom and post metal. Because of the layering of the music there is a lot to discover every time on this EP.
